The portions were tiny. I finished everything and still felt hungry, which is disappointing for what I paid. It kind of felt like they were keeping the servings small on purpose so you’d end up ordering extra.

"Never Tastes the Same Twice"
I’ve ordered from here a few times, and the pizza seems to taste different every single time. One order will be good, then the next one is totally off, which makes it hard to know what to expect. That part was weird.

"Felt a little like a bait and switch"
I ordered from pizzavola.net and the food itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it. But the menu felt way more limited than I expected. It kind of gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like I thought there would be more variety, but once I actually went to order, it was mostly just basic pizza options. If you’re looking for something beyond the usual stuff, there really aren’t many choices. I just wish they had a bigger selection.

"Payment thing was kind of a hassle"
I was just trying to pay normally, but somehow my card got charged twice. Not really sure how that even happened, but it was annoying and made the whole payment part feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Pizza was okay, service was a letdown"
I ordered from Pizza Vola. The pizza was fine. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible either. The issue was with a wrong item in my order.

I reached out for help and waited a long time. When they finally replied, it felt like they had not really read what I wrote. It was frustrating. I probably will not order again anytime soon.

The pizza was fine, I guess, if you’re not expecting anything close to authentic Italian. The flavor was weirdly fake and bland, but hey, at least it looked like pizza

"I went in for dinner the other..."
I went in for dinner the other night, or maybe it was last weekend and the food was fine enough. Nothing bad, just alright. But the place itself felt really cramped and loud, like the tables were way too close together and the lighting was kind of harsh. I remember thinking we’d just settled in, but somehow it already felt like we’d been there too long. Not really the relaxing night out I was hoping for, so I probably wouldn’t sit in again.

"Pizza arrived cold"
I ordered from Pizza Vola and, for some reason, the pizza showed up pretty much cold. The cheese had already gone firm and the crust tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time.

I’m fine with waiting a little for delivery, but not when the food arrives like that. I ended up having to reheat everything myself, which took the fun out of it. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Pizza took forever and showed up cold"
I ordered from pizzavola.net and it was a frustrating experience. The delivery took way longer than expected, and by the time the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. What annoyed me most was that I had a basic request for an update and it was basically ignored, so I was just sitting there waiting with no idea what was going on. I don’t see myself ordering from them again anytime soon.

"Hard to Find and Too Many Reminders"
Getting here was annoying. Parking was a hassle, and once I finally found a spot, the entrance wasn’t clear at all. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like I was being chased down before I even got there.

"Pickup was kind of a hassle"
I thought pickup would be the easy option, but it ended up being annoying. I had to stand around longer than expected, and the instructions weren’t super clear, so I wasn’t sure where to go or what to do. It wasn’t the end of the world, I guess, but for such a simple order it felt weirdly messy. I chose pickup to save time, and somehow it made dinner more stressful. Probably not rushing to use them again.

"Pretty disappointing for a pizza lover"
As someone who genuinely looks forward to pizza night, this was a letdown. My order showed up late and was almost cold by the time it arrived. Most of the toppings had slid over to one side, and the crust was dry, so it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. I reached out hoping they’d help, but the response wasn’t very useful. I really expected better from pizzavola.net, and I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

It tasted fine overall, but there were barely any toppings on it. Just felt a little skimpy, and I’m sure it would’ve been much better with a bit more.

The pizza was really bad. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, the cheese was all rubbery, and the crust was soggy instead of crispy. Definitely not ordering from here again.

"Couldn’t get my online order to go through"
I tried placing an order online, but it just didn’t work right for me. The page kept freezing, and then when I finally got to checkout, my cart looked different than what I thought I added. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but it felt way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else.

"Kinda messy when I stopped in"
The pizza was alright, but the place just didn’t feel that clean. There were crumbs on the tables, the floor felt sticky, and the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The staff seemed nice enough, but the overall cleanliness made me want to eat fast and leave.

To be fair, the issue did eventually get resolved, so I can’t say nothing was done. But it took much longer than I expected, and I don’t think I was being unreasonable for wanting it handled sooner. I had to wait around longer than I should have, which made the whole experience frustrating...

"Order was messed up"
Got my pizza and it was just not quite right. The toppings were wrong, which was annoying, and one of the dips was missing too. The food itself was okay, but it’s frustrating when you put in order notes and they just get ignored. Like, the whole point is to get what you ordered, and I didn’t really get what I ordered
